Artisanschool.com has evolved from our Crafters Education Center site which offered online candle making instruction. It was so popular that we have decided to enlarge and expand the course offings, improve the design, and move it to its own domain.
We aim to have experts at a variety of skills, transform their knowledge into online courses that are the best available anywhere. A key player in this is Moodle, an content management system designed for the education world that greatly simplifies publishing and administration of interactive online courses.
Please note that we are not an accredited school and none of the courses we offer are certified by any organizations. Our courses are designed to educate folks on a variety of artistic and craft related subjects many of which are difficult to obtain knowledge of. Or in other words - knowledge for the sake of knowing rather than for the gaining of a diploma.
